Getting anxious about moving and apparently, it’s affecting my sleep. Sleep score on my smart watch showed <70 two nights in a row and I’m not getting enough REM or deep sleep. I just began going on a 2 mile walk after dinner/before bed but maybe that’s not such a good idea right now. I’ve been trying to improve my weight loss/increase ketones and, I’ve been enjoying the walks. I don’t think my caffeine intake has changed but I’ll monitor it today. Any thoughts about how walking before bed might be negatively affecting my sleep? #springtowardhealth
