I went to tonight’s meeting, and it was nice to hear what everybody will be working on this week. I am continuing to increase my workouts and this week I am also going to concentrate on getting more sleep and alleviating stress. I actually slept 8 1/2 hours Sunday night and eight hours last night on Monday night. I can only sleep for 5 to 6 hours most nights, so this was a big improvement. I went to bed a little earlier than usual, made sure there was white noise by leaving a small fan on by my bed. I also started using lavender essential oil on my wrists and under my nose. It seems to relax me. I will let you know if it continues to work for me.
