First time I’ve ever had my ketones measure at 2.0! This is a huge win for me. I wasn’t testing and after several months of eating carnivore/keto I was vey surprised to find my levels were just 0.6. I’ve worked for weeks trying to raise those numbers. Turns out, I just needed to add more fat, exercise more and get more sleep. Week 2 #springtowardhealth
