#springtowardhealth I was gone most of last week so the exercise-train was a little off the track. Walking & steps happened but that was it. BUT that exercise-train is back in the station and ready to begin its regularly scheduled trips. I made a semi-schedule for myself and so far so good. Realistically it’s only been one day though so we’ll see what the universe has planned for me. Reminding myself that FLEXIBILITY is key and being able to switch from plan A to plan B is what’s going to keep this train on that track. My plan: *2 days of *at least* 30 minutes of strength training w/weights & bands *3 days *at least* of HIIT, tabata, cardio sessions *Daily walking Let’s GO! 💪
