Week two #springtowardhealth This week, I still need to focus on improving my sleep. I wake up hot and that keeps me awake. Interestingly I bought a doggie cooling matt this evening, that my massage therapist uses on the table for people who tend to be hot (like me lol). I have placed it on my bed and it’s amazing how it cools immediately. I’ll let you know how it does overnight. Food that is hard to resist is food someone makes for me and my colleagues. I feel guilty not eating it, however I’m getting better saying Thank you but no thanks. It takes practice saying No thanks and not feeling guilty. Today I finally met my goal of 10,000 steps woohoo! I’m going to keep it up this week by walking a couple of times a day. As I mentioned I’m still struggling with sleep, but hopefully the cooling blanket will work.
