Week one #springtowardhealth I thought this out just never posted it last week as I was feeling a bit under the weather. I was able to clean out the pantry again, meaning when my adult kids come home or other family visitors carbs sneak back into the house. We have meat supplies in our freezer and have not had to shop for this week. I’ll have it for week 2. My biggest why is I want to continue improving my metabolic health and prevent having another cardiac event. The side effects of improving metabolic health will be beneficial in how I will feel better. I have had success before and I still remember the awesome feeling of being lighter. One thing going well for me is I have perseverance and I know I will meet my goals. My struggle is my sleep needs a huge improvement. I feel this is what is slowing me down on achieving my goals. This week I am planning on walking 10,000 steps a day and improving my sleep right now I’m averaging almost 5 hours sleep.
