Goal this week post when struggling; No snack, personal electronic screen 30 min or less; walk Doing basics is what I need; planning ahead; being aware of decisions that can make hard stay on plan It is hard to be honest with oneself with constant “creep in” or if off plan and then mentally extreme restricting Often posts are all the wins.. I think important post when struggling like Facebook- post all vacation; post glorious World is surrounded by constant processed food, long work day etc What made me post this -One coaches commented on how persons off plan after holiday vs holiday itself The fatigue from resisting. This comment made me pause-how true it is Struggle past week x2 I ate pasta after came home from wedding Wedding-only no carb food was breaded Chicken; I tried taking most breading off All I ate was chicken; diet coke Problem I was given take home large bag pasta and chicken- I told myself my family can eat pasta so I don’t need cook mother day However as soon as I got home 2 bowls of pasta and my hunger huge I switched to several servings berries and cream ; better less harm What different-not bring pasta home; and i know I struggle when tired #2 struggle Last Thursday- snacking all day I snack heck alot when home I am finding red,yellow.green list mentally helpful Red stay away ie can’t stop eating, NUTS- can’t stop eating and physically get bloats with almonds- sick after eating Yellow berries-better;need careful triggers hunger; keto sauces;keto treats Green - salmon sardines meat eggs greens Screen time done today:)
