I hit my first bad sleep score for the month and it arrived with a vengeance, I did survive by knowing that my hunger and cravings were susceptible to being high today when I had water & electrolytes in hand all day, was able to avoid snacking and had 2 large meals, my eating window ended up being 9 hours but I’ll take it after this night.
