My why is to live as long and healthily as possible to enjoy my time with loved ones and help others do the same. This week I’m going to try to meditate for 2 min in the morning and around lunch to help with stress. I’m going to try to stretch/do yoga 3x per week to help prevent some hip/low back pain that I’ve had from coming back #springtowardhealth
