Sharing #8 on Spring Challenge. One thing that’s going well is I am exercising a little bit more every day. I’ve worked my way up to working out five days a week. One thing I’m struggling with is that I’m not losing any weight even though I’m eating very low-carb between zero and 10 carbs a day. Also wanted to post I had a small victory last week because I went to dinner at a friend’s house and I brought a low-carb dessert-black & white mini cakes-and everybody ate them and loved them.
