I am working on consistency with the exercise level this week. I did a resistance workout at the gym Monday and Tuesday and took a three mile walk both days. The second lever is sleep. My son helped me rearrange my bedroom so I have a seating area to read in just before bed and not read in bed to help improve my sleep routine. #springtowardhealth
