Do any folks in the community track blood ketones? I've been doing it off an on just to get some ideas about what my body is up to. I am a data geek so I've been tracking mine. I think its a helpful (but not necessary) bit of data that can also be motivating when you see the number go up. After a few months I'm pretty good at guessing the ketone value I'm at just based on how I feel. I was curious if other folks track ketones? What has your experience been like.
