#springtowardhealth I call this my anti-procrastination journal. I take it with me wherever I go. I fill it out the night before with what I intend to complete for the day, including what fitness goals I have and what I’m going to eat for the day. When I use it, I am very successful. When I ignore it and leave it sitting on the shelf at home, I’m not as likely to follow through with my plan. One of my best Amazon purchases ever!
