#springtowardhealth I’m concentrating on Sleep/Stress (cuz they’re a pair, at least in my case) & being more “intentional” with my food during this challenge. My food isn’t bad but I want to be more aware of the little extras that tend to sneak in, (like those almonds or macadamias that get tossed into yogurt or those little handy individually wrapped cheeses 😬 that are great to grab even though I may have already added cheese to my dish.) My sleep/stress is something that is always on the table to work on. Most of the stress that affects my sleep happens early morning…a couple of hours or so before I really want to start my day. Much of my work in that area is how to keep those mariachi’s & YMCA singers quiet! I find if I give myself enough time to relax in the evening it helps. I also tend to make myself a list the night before days when I know there are things that absolutely have to get done, even small things. Sounds minor but it helps me to know I already will have it covered and don’t need to start thinking about it before dawn. 🤷♀️ 😎
