I would like to be consistent and prioritize walking after my biggest meal of the day! Do it from kindness and love for myself. Not because it’s a chore or told myself I have to do it. Being happy with 1 mile if I can’t get in more than I have planned. Get rid of the all or nothing attitude that creeps in when it comes to movement! No excuses, no matter what!! Practice my towards moves. The ones that align with my health goals. Would also like to put my phone away 1 hour earlier. #letsdothis💪. #SpringTowardHealth
