My why is that my son is getting married this October and I want to be able to walk better and not be in pain during his big day. Today I walked in the warm water therapy pool for two hours and 15 minutes. It helps my arthritis a lot and I walk so much better after I get out of the water. I ate three meals today and no snacks. I had 6oz of skirt steak for breakfast, a double quarter pounder with cheese (NO bun) for lunch, and I had 6oz of skirt steak for dinner w/fried red and green cabbage strips. It was a new perfect day as far as reaching my goals go!
