In November I invited one of my fitness friends to check out the diabetes education here on the app. She started going lowcarb pretty much right away... Since then she hasn't had what she figured was a hypoglycemic event when going for walks. She isn’t hungry all time like she used to be as well. She was told by her GP to take a couple of Tums a day for calcium. Someone suggested she try the new ones out as they aren't as chalky. She said to me tonight that she really liked them, they were almost like candy. I said "what are the carbs in it". After class we looked at the container, couldn't find the amounts of carbs but the ingredients told the story... She said "I should have figured that out, they tasted so good". They will be thrown out. What are other ways a woman of 55+ can help keep strong bones along with💪 training?
