Can you believe it’s the second quarter of 2024 already? I am pleased to say that I have walked 10,000 steps a day or more every day for the first 3 months of this year. Last July I began slowly with a few minutes of walking per day, -and then a daily walk to the corner. It’s great for my Mental Health and helps me to sleep. My body feels soooo much better with movement. In the words of my Physical Therapist, MOTION IS LOTION! #springtowardhealth
