Haven't been posting too much lately, but I have been getting exercise done. Trx on Monday was great, instructor challenged/pushed us. I really enjoy this class, I have come a long way in it. Grunts 'n' giggles on Wed & Thur is going well too. Feeling confident enough to grab heavier weights without the instructor doing it for me. Tonight I brought a friend for her to try it out. She really enjoyed it and is considering doing more, I am so proud of her as this is a huge step. She is also working at eating low carb. Helping someone else is a great feeling!!
