I have a question. A coworker asked me about menopause and my low carb diet. She is struggling with the typical perimenopausal weight gain. She admits to having more processed food and sugar than she should. She is not overweight but is noticing that year over year weight gain that is new. I'm looking for resources to give her. I'm confident lowcarb will help her, I just don’t want to overwhelm her with too much information. Any suggestions of articles, websites, books etc. would be appreciated.
