Haven’t posted any exercise accountability for a couple weeks but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening! I’ve managed to close all my Apple Watch rings & meet whatever goal my Oura hands out (and then some) all month. That’s an accomplishment I’ll take without argument! 👍👍 My general weekly plan starts out looking something like this: *Strength/Resistance training 2x a week *HIIT/Cardio 3-4x a week *Walking daily Workouts are definitely subject to be switched up as necessary or desired and as long as they build my muscles, raise my heart rate and/or are weight-bearing they fit the bill! #keeponkeepingon #Icandohardthings
