The power of routines. I usually get up at 6:00 and go to the gym. I had an early morning meeting today so I got up at 5:00 and went to the gym. It was great being early at the gym, I loved it. But my hunger and appetite were totally out of sync all day. So hungry and I definitely ate more than I needed. It's been a really bad day. I guess this is a reminder that the routine that I had worked out is one that works for me.
