Hi, I have been low carb/keto for 4.5 years and I have lost 170 lbs total but have gain 7 back and have been stalled for about 8 months. I can’t find anything here that talks about macros or calorie counting etc, and I am wondering about Tro’s philosophy for long term lifestyle. I am also an cyclist doing 500 or so miles per month on the Peloton. Forgive me if this has been answered I am just learning to navigate this app. Thank you.
