THE SWAP!! I made a substitute to one of my favorite meals-Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta which has around 112 carbs when made restaurant style. Mine had 8 carbs. I made homemade egg noodles using eggs, almond flour, cream cheese, & egg white powder, then added cabbage strips/noodles for volume & to cut carbs. I made the sauce w/low sodium chicken broth, ghee, and a 2T of heavy whipping cream. Added all of the Cajun spices and lots of protein/chicken & topped it all off w/real grated parmesan cheese. I think it tasted better than the real deal.
