One year ago in this community we were a few weeks into the #springforward challenge. During that challenge, I challenged myself to take the resistance bands off the shelf and start using them for the first time. My first workout with bands was on 4/10/23. Happy #bandiversary to me!! I completed 263 resistance band workouts over the course of the year and am soooooo stinking proud of myself!! I logged every single one so I could see my progress. I did it! I can do hard things!! I can stick with it!! Professor Bikman was asked, “What is the best type of exercise?” His reply? “The one you will do.” I love the band workouts. I love seeing my growth mentally and physically!! I love my me time. Do I flex in the mirror sometimes? You bet I do. And, I remind myself … you did that and have come so far on this 2.5 year low-carb journey!! Keep going!!
