Thought I’d add in my exercise this week to keep up with some accountability. I’m away from home at one of my daughter’s houses this week so very much out of my element when it comes to having my typical “equipment” to work with but did my best to make do and even be a little creative when possible. 😉 This week I’ve managed to get in: *a daily walking warmup *two days of TUT strength training using my daughter’s weights albeit lighter ones than I use at home. Her heaviest is 8lbs, mine is 15lbs but I figured something has gotta be better than nothing, right? *two days of HIIT using an outdoor “step” I figured out would work! (Pic included) *another rainy day of indoor cardio, one of the two workouts was tabata style. *a couple long walks & a daily after dinner walk! (This fam eats WAY later I do at home so that after meal walk is a non-negotiable!) Thank goodness for YouTube & AirPlay! 😉😎
