Grunts 'n giggles tonight used tabata for sets, they were a bit longer than our usual. Weights were used for strength then we did some rounds of cardio, then some core strength and lastly it was left side strengthening as we are all right handed. There is ALWAYS plank and stretching at the end. I never mention it but there is ALWAYS warm up to start. By chance I found this exercise group, its hard to imagine life without it now, just like this lowcarb group. ๐
