Headed to my son’s house tomorrow for a crawfish boil to celebrate Easter with my family. There will be a sugar/carb filled dessert table… with one exception. Made @Rosette Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake to take with me. Had enough dough leftover to make 8 peanut butter cookies. Holidays don’t have to derail you. Preparation is key.
