I’ve set some new personal bests lifting weights in the past few weeks. Strongest my chest and back has ever been. It’s a struggle to balance exercise and recovery. I wanted to try rucking, the first time I took off my 50 pound backpack after 3 miles I felt like I was floating. Some serious endorphins. Deadlifts have been put on the back burner while I experiment with rucking. Too taxing to do both.
