Its good to be back into the exercise routine. Did my normal mon/wed/thurs classes. Starting to really notice at TRX that I am stronger. At class on Thursday doing some arm/shoulder work we were asked to get a heavier weight. I was using a 12lb weight, there wasn't a 15 available so the instructor gave me her 20lb weight. Apparently I made a face, because she made the face back and said you can do it. I was shocked that I actually could do it. My rep count wasn't as high as everyone else's, this where quality is more important than quantity.πͺ Quantity will come with practice. When I was walking out with the instructor she asked me if I was going to the gym on Saturday morning. I confirmed my plan at that moment. Peer pressure for the win.π Happy movement everyone!!
