How ‘bout some Exercise Accountability! Monday: Did a walking warmup & some HIIT style stepping. 2 mile outdoor walk and ultimately ended the day with an evening Disney trip & 19,000 steps. Lotta movement this day! Tuesday: Lots going on but finished the day with some core, TUT strength training session & all my rings closed / goals met. ✔️ Wednesday: Good day so far. Walking warmup, short HIIT session, Tabata-style cardio, 2 mile walk outside in our sunny weather before the rainy weekend. Update ⬇️⬇️⬇️ *Sh🤪t show of a Thursday so not everything I wanted to do got done but on the upside I closed all my rings and hit my Oura goals so I guess I shouldn’t complain too loudly. 🤷♀️ Planned Thursday: Putting this here for accountability. Gotta double up a little this week.
