Finished up last week strong completing my goal of getting in 2 days of s l o w & steady strength training sessions & 3-4 sessions of HIIT and cardio in. Had some pretty weather so each day M-F was a really nice outdoor walk too. Saturday was a quick Vegas turnaround trip so I felt lucky that I managed to close all my watch rings & meet my Oura goals! One of my reasons for going was to pay a visit to the keto bakery I found back in January. I ended up bringing home a couple (or 3) take & bake keto pizzas for my freezer at home!! The Collaborative Science Conference was there a couple of weeks ago and Kim Howerton and “this guy” were at Starburst Parlor enjoying a pizza too! You might recognize him! Apparently he’s a “weekly supporter” of this business! Good to know!! 😉 Sunday was a true rest day. The only ring I closed was my stand ring. We had thunder, lightning & rain. Perfect day to rest and recover. Felt guilty for a hot minute but enjoyed the heck out of it too. Probably too much coffee and definitely too much binging Virgin River but it was long overdue. I knew I’d be back at it on Monday and I was! More to follow…☺️
