Update on training! 6 mile run race planned for June, along with Sprint Tri end of June. Have slowed it down a little as my last coach pushed me past what I really have time for! 9-10hrs/week is where I was with 7/days a week workouts. Have since learned…. Longer sessions and 2 rest days are a must for me! Its been an interesting journey and running 4+ miles is a level I never thought I could do…. But the body is amazing!!
