I have had a few people say the following to me: - You cannot build muscle with resistance bands. - You cannot build muscle on low-carb. Me: (Smiles. Nods head.) “Thank you for your feedback.” I have nothing to prove to anyone by myself, but those comments only strengthen my resolve. They fuel my fire to be better, stronger, faster, and mentally tougher. Say I can’t and I will. In January during #timetosoar24 , I created a new playlist and named it “Stronger.” I picked songs that remind me I am stronger. I am resilient. I am a warrior. I let that puppy play on shuffle every single resistance band workout. 🏋️♀️ I started this journey walking a figure 8 pattern downstairs between commercials and am so proud of how far I have come. It may seem like you are moving your mountains one pebble at a time, but every pebble is worth it. Every last one.
