My interest was piqued by recipe posted on X/Twitter: https://ketocarnivore9.wordpress.com/2023/03/18/pizzagna/ Tonight I sorta made it. I say “sorta” because: - I don’t exactly measure on projects like this; - I used Rao’s jarred pizza sauce; and - I mixed some parsley and Italian seasoning into the ricotta/egg combo. I like it. It will be interesting to hear what the husband thinks. UPDATE: Husband ate ½ of a pan (there were 2) and pronounced it a success. He said it’s a “make again.”
