Here we go with some Accountability! Monday: *Couple of shorter (10ish min) step workouts to warm up. Interestingly my Oura ring always wants to record them as a HIIT workout but I log it as a walking warmup even though I’m using an exercise step w/light weights (2-3lbs) 🤷♀️ *HIIT workout using an exercise step w/a bit heavier weights (5lbs) *2 mile outdoor walk Tuesday: *Walking warmup w/light weights *Resistance workout w/bands x2 *2 mile outdoor walk Wednesday: *Walking warmup w/light weights *Walking step warmup w/light weights *HIIT workout using an exercise step & 5 lb weights. *Planned 2 mile outdoor walk this afternoon ✅ **I also always do some kind of short walk, walking video or some activity that keeps me up and about after dinner for a while before I plop to relax for the evening.
