What a workout. Spent the day working the front garden. My MyZone shows I was mostly in the 3 and 4 zone with several spikes in 5. I did all this while keeping my fast going. No hunger pains and I just kept going with a few water breaks to keep hydrated. I’m exhausted but felt good to get this done in one day. In the past I would have started and stopped over a few days. Time to break the fast.
