First half of the week E.A.!! *Monday’s are typically a day that I do my best to get a good start going on my exercise for the week. Not this Monday though. I decided that it was a Me-Day, kinda… I took a nice long walk in the sunshine, listened to an Audible book that had absolutely not a thing to do with health, diet or exercise & basically caught up on things that I’ve been wanting/needing to take care of. Not really exercise related but it’s what I did anyway! Tuesday: *Cardio exercise step warm up video *TUT Strength Training with weights. 15 lbs on all moves except biceps. Still @12 lbs. *2.5 mile outdoor walk *15 min after meal walk Wednesday: *Walking warm-up video *Cardio exercise step video *HIIT Workout *2 mile outdoor walk **I’ve also started spending a couple of minutes (literally) each day working on doing a plank. Good news= I was able to do a regular plank without modifying it. Other news= it’s a pretty short regular plank but today’s was 5 seconds longer than yesterday’s. 😬🙃 Remainder of the week TBD (and added later!)
