So i have a bakery near me that makes grain free low carb goodies. The bagels are basically like fat head dough type and i get those and enjoy. She also makes a bread with the following : Ingredients: almond flour, egg whites, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, sea salt. 1 loaf- 519cal/14.2 net carbs/18.3 G protein/17.5 g fat. And i gotta say i just can’t do it this is the second time i tried using and really had to struggle to get it down…… of this is the same sort of recipe everyone uses then there is no way i can get off the occasional bread for sandwich.
