NSV to share. I’ve been 98% on plan for 9 weeks. I hop on the scale each week to prep for my sessions with Dr. Tro and Amy…. @$@&$##**%. You know what happened. NOTHING! Actually on some weeks it went UP. 🤬🤬 I did not let it talk to me, but I’ll be honest- years of socialization about the scale is hard to ignore. Amy and Dr. Tro we’re helpful and supportive. We decided to ignore the Qardio. No frown faces for me. 1. I’m developing solid eating habits 2. I prioritize sleep 3. I recognize stress and don’t let it win by meditation and quiet contemplation with myself exploring any negative chatter 4. I love moving my body and have a plan every day 5. I’m winning the situations and people where I normally fall off the wagon 6. My hunger is under control Non scale victories that keep me moving in the right direction. Forgetting the scale and reshaping “healthy lifestyle” as my goal. Today I feel proud. Happy. Confident. Determined. On track. Focused. Oh by the way… I haven’t worn jeans for 2 years because Covid caused them to shrink 😉😉 I bravely slipped them on today and I’m comfortably wearing them. 🥰 #NSV #StickToGoals #IAmHealthy
