Resistance band workout #236 in the books! Did upper body this morning, incorporating much of the key learnings from yesterday’s lecture with Tro. One month out to the day today of hitting my one year #bandiversary! Let’s goooooooo!!! #icandohardthings #gruntsandgiggles I wish I would have taken my measurements the day I started, but will do that for sure on 4/10/24. I know I am stronger than I have ever been and I am so grateful for this community!! I appreciate all of you so much cheering each other on! #wecandohardthings !!!
