Trying to get back on the Low-Carb track. Asparagus (above-ground green veggie) with homemade Hollandaise. Steak with sautéed onions…I know the onions are a little higher on the sugar scale. I’ll back away from them next time or better yet, substitute them with mushrooms. (But Sautéed Onions are SO GOOD!) 🤷🏻‍♀️
