@Bob Collins @Carrie E. This is me reporting back about the Costco lunch meat situation from a few days ago. Bob posted a great reminder to always check the ingredients on your products before purchasing! Pic 1&2 is the only clean turkey lunch meat that MY Costco carries. Interestingly it’s the same brand as the not-so-clean one at Bob’s Costco. Main difference is the one at mine is organic & Bob’s was not plus it was a “lite” version with canola oil added. 🤨 Sneaky… Pic 3-5 are the other choices at MY Costco. 😑 At least now I can get to making those delicious looking enchiladas using the turkey slices in place of the tortillas that Carrie posted about on the Food and Recipes message board! Shoot I might just make Maria Emmerich’s carnivore lasagna too! 😋😋
