New month. New goals. I’m going to really focus on strength training and consistency this month. I had lost 91 pounds, gained 30 & now back to 70 pounds lost. Although I gained some back, I’ve never kept this much weight off in my life. I feel so good and am excited to see what this year brings. I have loose skin and I want to get some exercise clothes that’ll fit and feel comfortable. Not sure if that’s possible. I’m posting on here to help keep me accountable. I’m also posting my stats for March.
