Weekly EA check-in … some key findings for me this week: Monday evening I stayed up a few hours after my normal work night bedtime catching up on Yellowstone with my husband… and I loved every minute of time with him. Come Tuesday 4 AM, I was feeling the grog. But, it was core band day, so I got up and decided to reduce my band strength and power through it. Here was my takeaway … if your scale is not budging and you need a mental boost, reduce the weight/band strength to about mid to where you started. I realized that morning how much stronger I really am now and that was a HUGE boost to my mindset. Cloud Stinking 9 all week!! It carried me to today’s workout. Jim has a head cold, so he slept upstairs. I didn’t want to wake him by roaming around upstairs, so I decided to test my abilities on upper-body bands. No time constraints this morning … just me, muscles, music. Annnnnd, I PR’d on multiple exercises. #icandohardthings Nailed my daily #5amcrew resistance band workouts this week! Upper body, core, lower body, repeat. Also, look what my sis-in-law sent me for my name badge at work! I love it! Completed my first two phlebotomies this week!! Been an awesome week!!
