End of the week movement (so far)! Thursday: *Walking warmup *Cardio step workout ^Strength Training session w/weights *Resistance Training w/bands *1.5 mile outdoor walk Friday: *Walking warmup *Cardio step workout *HIIT session using an exercise step *After meal walk Saturday: *No organized exercise sessions today except for the treadmill walk I did at 7:30 last night cuz I couldn’t stand the idea of not closing all my rings…🤦♀️ Wasn’t like I didn’t get movement in ALLLL day cleaning out and reorganizing our storage unit but that still-open exercise ring was gonna haunt me until I closed it. So I did just that! Sunday: *Disney Day so at the very least there will be walking & more walking! Maybe some stair climbing too! (Yeup, this is exactly what happened. Walking, stairs & steps kind of day! 🐭🏰❤️ 👍👍)
