Update on a few things: A. Instead 55 minutes of elliptical H.I.I.T. to finish up workouts,doing 35-40 minutes. But increasing time doing weight training in addition to increasing actual weight. B. Ceasing self experiment of 1 1/2tsp of sprouted oatmeal post fasted workout (initially only doing for bloodwork). There is to much evidence in favor of breaking the fast with a small amount of protein post workout. C. Adding 1 tsp. micronized creatine to daily intake for the next 30 days. Have done this before,but have not realized to much of added benefit. I'll be paying more attention for any pros & cons. Today's non-meat (Friday's, during Lenten season) - Homemade quiche with Fathead dough crust (seasoned with rosemary & thyme). Blended 7 eggs with a little cream cheese,cheddar cheese,leftover artichoke dip,small bell peppers,salt,pepper & tomatoes. Yummers
