Grunts and groans this week were good workouts! Wednesday was cardio based with light weights, tonight was a mix. Did some weights then did kick-boxing movements. Near the end the instructor says "ok now we are doing 5 minutes of cardio". I'm thinking kickboxing is a cardio workout! I survived. ๐Ÿ˜Š
