Keto chicken Parmesan! I just pounded the chicken, dipped it in mixed egg, and then dipped it in my mixture of Parmesan cheese, Italian spices, and salt, then put it into a cast iron skillet that had avocado oil in it. I let it cook for a few minutes on one side, flipped it, and used the meat thermometer to make sure it was hot enough. Then I put it into the oven to bake it for 10 mins with some marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. It was reallyyyy good. I want to make spaghetti squash to go with it next time, but one step at a time. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
