I am asked daily how I have managed to lose such a seemingly unachievable amount of weight. Certainly finally getting the right advice with keto, has been transformative, but really, I think that it was believing a better life existed despite all evidence to the contrary. I just kept trying. So, even if your confidence has been chipped away by the millions of forces working to remind you what a 'failure' you are, listen to the people that believe in you. A big part of my job as a health coach with @doctortro is to remind you that it *is* possible, because it’s *so* easy to forget...even the things one knows with certainty. Believing in yourself is the most heroic and brave thing one can do, especially in the face of what seems like near insurmountable odds...and guiding clients back to those core beliefs is an honor and a privilege. If you are doing this alone, facing what feels impossible and struggling despite knowing all the 'rules' - remember there are people who can help. Join @Tia Reid @Brian Wiley @Vic Basmadjian at one of our upcoming Small Group Coaching sessions starting Thursday, March 7. There is no shame in needing and getting help, only in languishing forever in regret over things you tell yourself you *should* be able to do. Vulnerability is terrifying, but it leads to growth. Every time. Join us.
